Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of foundersclub.marketprint.com, operated by MarketPrint Inc., Houston, Texas, United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What we provide

A private online community with written posts, video lessons, downloadable files and scheduled live calls about building a print-on-demand business. Free accounts get access to the free areas. A paid Founders Club membership adds the members-only areas, a private support room, the full course and the weekly live calls.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One account per person. Sharing login details, or giving anyone else access to paid material, ends the membership without a refund.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

The membership costs the amount shown at checkout, charged in advance, either monthly or annually. It renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings in one click; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not offer refunds, including for unused time in a period you already paid for. Taxes are added where required and are shown at checkout.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to display it inside the community and to quote it in our own materials. Every post and comment is reviewed by us before it appears, and we can decline or remove anything without giving a reason. In particular: no links to your own offers, no recruiting our members, no reselling or republishing our material, no earnings promises.

5. Our content

The videos, files, templates and written material are ours. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, share or use them to build a competing product or community.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not promise that you will make money. Any figures shown anywhere on this site come from individual stores and are not typical results. Building a business carries risk, including losing the money you spend on advertising and tools. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

7. Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harasses other members, or abuses the platform. Where a paid membership is closed for a serious breach, no refund is given.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or inside the community before it takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that means you accept the new version.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Consumers living in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep the protections of their own local law.
