What we collect

• When you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in readable form).
• What you add yourself: profile photo, niche, short bio, posts, comments, messages and files you upload.
• How you use the site: which lessons you complete, when you were last active, which downloads you opened.
• Where you came from: the advertising parameters in the link you arrived through, and the page you landed on.
• If you subscribe: billing name, country and the last four digits of your card. The full card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers.

Why we use it

To run your account and give you access to what you paid for (performance of a contract); to send you service emails about your account (contract); to send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent, or legitimate interest where the law allows); to keep the community free of spam and abuse, and to understand which advertising works (legitimate interest); and to meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Advertising measurement

If you accept cookies, we use the Meta pixel and send matching events to Meta from our own server so that advertising can be measured. Your email address is only ever transmitted in an irreversibly hashed form. If you choose “Essential only” on the cookie banner, neither happens.

Who else sees your data

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Vercel — hosting
• Stripe — payments and invoicing
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending email
• Bunny.net — video delivery
• Zoom — live calls you choose to attend
• Meta — advertising measurement, only with your consent

We do not sell your data. Because we are based in the United States, your data is processed there. For transfers out of the EU and the UK we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays while your account exists and for 30 days after you ask us to delete it. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. Posts and comments you published stay in the community unless you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@foundersclub.marketprint.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
